Our commitment to Quality is backed by the following International Certifications.

We try to conduct our operations with the greatest possible regard for food- safety and product quality backed by proper systems and documentation to rule out damages as far as humanly possible. Our quality program conforms to the Global Food Safety Initiative and we maintain the following external certifications.

AIB International is a corporation founded by the North American wholesale and retail baking industries in 1919 as a technology transfer center for bakers and food processors. We are AIB International Certified which means that our processes meet the highest and most stringent quality checks.

The British Retail Consortium is the leading Trade Association for UK retailing. They have developed the BRC Global Standard for Food in order to help the food industry cope with the demands to meet legislative requirements of the EU General Product Safety Directive and the UK Food Safety Act.

This standard is recognized as a GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative) benchmarked food safety scheme and has been accepted by 7 major retailers: Carefour, Tesco, Metro, Migros, Ahold, Wal-mart and Delhaize.

German and French food trade associations, with the assistance of other international retailers, developed IFS or the International Food Standard. The structure of IFS corresponds to ISO 9001, but with a focus on food safety, HACCP, hygiene, the manufacturing process and business surroundings.

Our Quality Management Systems have been awarded the IS/ISO 9001:2000 & HACCP Systems as per IS 15000:1998 by the Bureau of Indian Standards.

We are Kosher Certified by KLBD – London Beth Din Kashrut Division. The London Beth Din, Court of the Chief Rabbi, is a leading authority on Kosher food and Jewish Law and one of the largest Kosher certification agencies in Europe & Asia. The Kashrut Division maintains close working relationships with all other major Kashrut agencies including the Badatz, Rav Landa, the OK, Star K, and Kof K, and liases with the OU offices virtually every day. Our product has been accepted as a Food ingredient in products certified by the major US Kashrut Agencies.
